Our Process
Discover
We have a conversation to get to know you, your business and your goals. Then, we make a jargon-free project brief. The brief includes goals, requirements, services, timelines, and deliverables. This is all free with no commitment to hire us.
Research & Analysis
With our project goals defined, we research your industry, competitors, and needs. We then create a design strategy based on the research findings.
Design
We design in stages, providing space for feedback and approval along the way. We start with basic navigation, user flows, and layout. Then, we build out the color and typography. We finish with clickable prototypes that look like the final website, including your real images and text.
Build & Test
With your approval, the development of the actual site begins. We turn that hi-fidelity prototype into functional code. We also build and test things like product databases, forms, automated emails, and check-out flows. You preview and approve for launch.
Launch
We publish the website and celebrate! Don’t worry, we stay in touch for a couple more weeks to make sure everything is working right.

Meet Founder and Art Director Michael Galen. He imbues everything with order and beauty. For more than a decade, he has engaged in cross-disciplinary collaborative design. This includes experiences, performances, graphics, curricula, music, and dance. His intersectional studies all inform each other.
Michael's passion for facilitation makes him an excellent director and partner. Working with Michael is a joy! He helps clients and team members feel confident and knowledgeable about their creations. Outside of the agency, Michael adventures and creates through music and dance.
